ePOCA can be used either stand-alone as a main accounting system or in combination with financial accounting, it is multi-client and multi-currency capable.

• Modern asset accounting: import transactions with automatic account assignment; no manual intervention required.
• All modern accounting standards are supported, such as Swiss GAAP FER (including FER 26 or FER 41), RVB, IFRS, US GAAP, or “Multiple Accounting.”

Investment reporting and investment controlling in ePOCA are derived directly from securities accounting.

Investment reporting is done at the entire investment level and for individual asset classes, including “non-bankable assets.” Certain asset classes (e.g., forward foreign exchange contracts, private equity) are analyzed in specific reports.

• Import prices directly, from various sources: from the FTA, the European Central Bank, SIX Financial Information, Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, and Excel documents.
• Transactions booked automatically
  Bank statements from over 55 banks: from PDF, or from SWIFT/CSV/XML data. Transactions can also be imported directly from Excel lists, e.g., batch entries for real estate.
• Let ePOCA handle reconciliation, based on the bank’s statements of assets. At the click of a button, ePOCA displays a comparison between securities holdings and account balances in ePOCA and at the bank.

ePOCA provides all the necessary tools to enable efficient, digital bookkeeping. Thanks to these interfaces and features, ePOCA offers optimal support for implementing a paperless environment.

• Storage in DMS/Archive Systems: Documents are automatically stored in the archive upon posting, in Docuware, D3, Kendox, and others.
• Transfer to financial accounting, happens simply at the click of a button, to Abacus, Infoniqa 50/200, SAP, SelectLine, SysLog, Oracle, and others.
• Electronic booking of bank documents
